You are invited to join us for a Grief Support Session, a sacred space of comfort, reflection, and healing.
Grief is not something we are meant to carry alone. Whether your loss is recent or from years past, you are welcome here—just as you are.
Together, we will:
Listen to personal testimonies of hope and healing
Understand how grief affects the heart, body, and soul
Explore the emotions of grief, including anger.
Come and be reminded:
Your grief matters
Your feelings are valid
You are not alone
Even in the silence
There will be time for:
Reflection
Sharing (optional) in a safe and compassionate environment

In the wake of this unimaginable loss, Christina endured deep grief, depression, and anxiety while trying to understand the emotional, medical, and physical effects that trauma can have on the body and mind.
Through prayer, time spent in adoration, and faith, she found strength and healing. Today, Christina walks alongside others who are grieving, offering compassion, understanding, and support to those navigating loss while helping them recognize the impact grief can have both emotionally and physically.
